Assalam-o-Alaikum! We landed in Madinah on 24th August and the service from Seventh Sea Holidays was so excellent that we all were freaking impress by their service. They took care of everything from transportation to hotel bookings, everything that needed attention was appropriately arranged. The team put us in a nice hotel to stay the night, which was painless.
But what really set this experience apart was the additional care of the team. They also accompanied us and showed some of the main locations of Masjid-e-Nabwi and told about it. After a while in Madinah, they kept following up to check if we were comfortable and if our needs are met during our complete period of stay. This wasn’t a service, it felt like they truly cared and were there for support.

And we had a great line of communication—our agent was really flexible and easy to talk. Things were very smoothly managed in Makkah and the assistance was given to us even in Madinah. In conclusion, I’m a big fan plus there has been no fall from grace so it gets my 5 star rating without a doubt!
