D. Avoid Flashing Money & Valuables

✅ Keep your smartphone secure and do not use it unnecessarily in crowded places.

E. Stay Alert During Resting Periods

Many pilgrims take short naps in the Haram or nearby areas, making them easy targets.

✅ If resting, keep your bag secured and within sight.
✅ Avoid placing your belongings on the ground or beside you where they can be easily snatched.
✅ When praying, wrap your bag strap around your arm or leg for extra security.

F. Use Hotel Safes for Expensive Items

Most hotels in Makkah provide secure safes in rooms.

✅ Store extra cash, passport, and travel documents in your hotel safe.
✅ If your hotel doesn’t have a safe, use a small travel lock for your luggage.

G. Be Cautious with Strangers
